ABOUT COMPANY

Mattro GmbH was founded in 2006 in Schwaz, Tyrol and since 2019, is part of the HAWE group. Mattro is a specialist, with over one century experience, when it comes to the topic of electrification of special machines. It´s a producer of modular lithium-ion battery packs, innovative battery systems and developer of the electric robot platform ROVO.

COOPERATION

Roboauto integrated a teleoperation set into a robot platform ROVO. The set consists of 4 cameras on the vehicle side and remote station with joystick or steering wheel with pedals to fully control the vehicle, for the operator. The whole integration took about 2 weeks. Thanks to this integration, The ROVO can be opearted on very long distances (kilometres) and used as an inspection machine in danger zones or for rescue and fire brigade operations.
