We are a team of 30 experts in robotics, AI, and software development in C++ and Python. Playfulness, curiosity, and a passion for exploration are key parts of how we work. We develop exciting projects across various industries — from automotive and smart agriculture to logistics, rail transport, mining, and life sciences. Our work includes sensor data processing, remote vehicle control, autonomy, collision avoidance systems, and computer vision.
Your mission with us
- Implementation and optimization of a custom YOLO detection network, which can then be integrated into a larger, multi-purpose neural network (we are also developing this multi-network approach).
- Working within our proprietary framework (AI Core), which provides various tools and abstractions mainly built on top of libraries such as PyTorch and OpenCV (possibly NumPy or Qt).
- Processing sensory data – camera, LiDAR, radar – using neural networks, deployed on hardware in off-road environments.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable Python code.
- Collaborate with the team on designing and optimising AI solutions.
- Contribute to the research and implementation of image / point-cloud segmentation and detection methods.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintain best practices.
- Contribute to the entire software development life cycle, from concept to deployment.

What you bring to the table
- You have hands-on experience with Python development, ideally at a mid-level, or as a junior with 1–2 years of experience.
- At least basic knowledge of image processing methods (e.g., using numpy, OpenCV, Pytorch libraries).
- Solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Comfortable in unexplored territory; independent and self-motivated, as well as a team player.
- English communication is not an issue (B2 level preferred).
